We are the group class specialists!
What does a CrossFit class look like? You'll see people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels working together, each doing their own thing.
How does this happen? The Coach.
The CrossFit Coach is the magic behind what we do. They give you guidance in the technique and program, but also find the challenge that's perfect for you for that day.
"Legends Lunch"
Our Seniors Classes aim to create an environment for older members to become comfortable in CrossFit.
The class is programmed to focus on aspects of fitness and body changes that may affect those over 50 a bit more. Our trainers will ensure you can move at your own pace and within your limitations.
If you are recovering from an injury or think you may be more prone to one, don’t give up on your health, wellness, and fitness routine. In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely.


Teen Classes
Our Teens program is a strength and conditioning class developed specifically for the teenage-“ish” age range and is always scalable based upon your teen’s ability. We teach our young athletes to move correctly and because the workouts are constantly varied, your teen is less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports. Our program can help any teen improve his or her speed, coordination, strength, and endurance.
