9 Deadlifts 70 kg
12 Push-ups
15 24 in Box Jumps

Choose a “goat” and perform as many perfect unbroken reps, every minute on the minute for 15 min.  Do not exceed 30 sec of work in each set, so choose a movement that challenges you.

30 Wall Balls 20 lbs (10.5 foot target)
30 Hang Squat Snatches 75 lbs (movement initiates with barbell below the knees)

WOD:

“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals.
