The best way to determine if CrossFit is for you, is to simply give it a try.  We welcome all prospective members to come in for a free one-on-one introduction to our program.  We’ll talk about your goals, our training methodology, and answer your questions about memberships and joining.  The best part is, we will run you through a sample CrossFit workout, so come prepared!

We prefer to conduct the introductory sessions in the afternoon between 12:30pm and 4:30pm (Mon – Fri) when the gym is quiet.  However, if that’s not possible, just let us know what works for you and we’ll make it happen.  Although it is a “one-on-one” trial, feel free to bring a friend or family member along with you.
