How to get Started!
Before you continue, please take a moment to think about why you are on this site. What are your goals? What are you willing to do to achieve them? What are you willing to give up? We specialize in one thing…making you better. Weather you’re an athlete, mother, police officer, fire fighter or soldier, CrossFit programming works equally well for anyone who is willing to make the effort. We’ll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. 
In order to get the most out of your CrossFit experience, you need a solid foundation in the basics of movement, nutrition and training with intensity. Before attending a regular group class, all members must attend 12 beginner’s classes. These classes are designed to provide newer members with the fundamental skills needed to successfully integrate into our program, and are held at a variety of times on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The beginner’s classes are included as a part of your membership fees.
If for any reason you are unable to attend our beginner’s classes, we do offer one-on-one training, and these sessions can be scheduled at your convenience. A minimum of 6 private sessions are required before attending the regular group classes. Please e-mail us for private training rates.
