Athletes build over the first three sets to a weight which is challenging but submaximal, leaving one good rep in the tank. Use 90-95% of that set for the remaining two sets.


EMOM 16, alternating: 

a) 0:30 Back Squats, 225#/155# 

b) 0:30 Assault Bike OR Row (Calories) 


Extra Work: Bulgarian Split Squat

Per Side: 8-8-8, 3x8 

Athletes build over the first three sets to a challenging but technical weight. Repeat that weight for three more sets.
