Deadlift: 8-8-8-8

If you did the sets of 8 last week, add 5-10lbs to each set.

If not:

Heavy deadlifts are not touch-and-go unless specified!
Build over the first three sets. The third set should be tough, but the athlete should have 2-3 reps in the tank. Fourth set is at 90% of third set.

Extra Work:

Power Clean + Push Jerk + Jerk 6x1

Add 5-15lbs to last week's top weight. If you did not perform that workout, do that instead.
