If you know me (wait, all of you do) - then you may know that I love Pat Sherwood. I don't think he's actually aware how much I really do but it's a thing.  Here's a fun video and it really represents his attitude and mindset when approaching working out and CrossFit as a whole.  I try to be of the same mental state to keep this whole workout thing fun :)
