4 Hang Power Cleans
3 Shoulder To Overhead
7 Lateral Burpee Over The Barbell
After each 3 minute section, rest for 1 minute. When you start the next 3 minute section, pick up where you left off during the AMRAP. Score is total amount of rounds over the 15 minutes.
