Split Jerk: 5-5-5-5-5

For the split jerk, use the following approximate percentages based off of your current one rep max for each corresponding set - 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%.  If you do not have a current one rep max, start with light to moderate weight and increase as you are able.

50 Wall Balls
40 Hollow Rocks OR Sit-Ups
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings
20 Box Jump Overs
100 Double Unders
20 Box Jump Overs
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings
40 Hollow Rocks OR Sit-Ups
50 Wall Balls
