Alternate between movements each set.  Increase in loading conservatively. Focus on proper positioning for both.

100 Double Unders

Partition the middle portion as needed.  i.e. 5 rounds of 20 air squats, 15 push-ups, 10 pull-ups.  There will be an alternate rep scheme option listed as well for scaling purposes.
