"Death By" Ring Push-Up

Followed by:

"Death By" Body Weight Front Squat

For the death by, perform one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute, continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.  Once failure has been reached on ring push-ups, rest 3 full minutes and start into death by body weight front squats.  The front squats will be taken from the floor.  Scale weight and push-up positioning as needed.
