Weighted Ring Dips: 3-3-3-3-3

For the weighted ring dips, ascend in weight if possible ending at a heavy set of 3.  Other options will be listed on the board.

60 Double Unders
1km Run
60 Double Under

It looks like there is a movie of sorts coming out about Kevin Ogar and his story.  If you haven't heard of him, he was in a fitness competition and severed his spinal cord.  He is an amazing athlete with an incredible story involving determination and will.  When this movie comes out, we will make a point of viewing it at the gym.  Stay tuned!
