Crystal made it to New Milford CrossFit in Connecticut!  She will be back at CFO in 5 weeks :)  

Back Squat: 1-1-1-1-1

For the back squat, use the following approximate percentages based off of your current one rep max for each corresponding set - 70%, 80%, 90%, 95%, 100% or potentially a new 1RM.  If you do not have a current one rep max, start with light to moderate weight and increase as you are able using 3's or 5's for each set.

10 Burpee Box Jumps
10 Goblet Squats
10 Pull-Ups OR Ring Rows
