Start light and work your way up to a maximal load within 10 minutes for a single rep power clean. Rest as needed throughout the 10 minutes.
Alternating EMOM for 20 minutes:
Minute 1: 5 Power Cleans @ 60-70% of 1RM from above
Minute 2: 15 Wall Balls
