For the weighted ring dips, ascend in weight as you are able. Progressions will be posted on the board.
In teams of two, AMRAP in 14 minutes:
10 Front Squats @ 40-50% of 1RM
Partner will complete 1 full round while the other rests. Alternate back and forth for the entire 14 minutes.
