CFO - Thank you so much for the last 4 years.  We can't thank you enough for making this journey an incredible one.  We have learned and grown so much with you all.  Great job to all of the competitors for slugging it out with that deceivingly nasty WOD!

ALSO, just a heads up that the WOD for this Friday (June 10th) will be at Tudhope Park!  All class times will stay the same and if you're on a waiting list, just show up for whatever class time you would like.  We will be meeting beside the curling club on the edge of the trail that borders Atherley/Highway 12.  We will have our tent set up so finding us should be easy-peasy :)     

Overhead Squat: 3-3-3-3-3

For the overhead squat, use the following approximate percentages based off of your current one rep max for each corresponding set - 65%, 75%, 85%, 90%, 95%.  If you do not have a current one rep max, start with light to moderate weight and increase as you are able.
