Push Jerk: 1-1-1-1-1

For the push jerk, use the following approximate percentages based off of your current one rep max for each corresponding set - 70%, 80%, 90%, 95%, 100%.  If you do not have a current one rep max, start with light to moderate weight and increase as you are able.

For Time:

100 Wall Balls

If you break, stop and do 13 burpees before starting wall balls again.
