Death By Strict Pull-Up OR Ring Row

Start with 1 rep in the first minute, add 1 rep per minute until failure has been reached.
There is a maximum/minimum of 15 minutes. 

i.e. If you hit failure at minute 9, start back at 1 rep but only continue to a total of 15 minutes.

Each of the following For Time:

800m Run OR 1000m Row
600m Run OR 750m Row
400m Run OR 500m Row
200m Run OR 250m Row

Rest as needed between to give maximum effort each interval.
