In teams of two, alternating each round, AMRAP in 10 Minutes:
4 Power Cleans
4 Front Squats
4 Push Jerks
At the 10 minute mark, rest two minutes.
Then, For Time:
1 Mile Run Relay
One partner will run 1 mile. Upon returning, the other partner will run 1 mile.
Score will be AMRAP result and total time for 2 miles.
