EMOM for 30 Minutes Alternating Between:

10 Calorie Row
8 Toes-To-Bar OR 16 Hollow Rocks
12 Wall Balls

After three full cycles of one minute per movement above, rest one minute before continuing on.  Repeat three times for a total of 30 minutes.

(i.e. rests will be from 9:00-10:00, 19:00-20:00, 29:00-30:00)
