Overhead Squat: 1-1-1-1-1

For the overhead squat, use the following approximate percentages based off of your current one rep max for each corresponding set - 70%, 80%, 90%, 95%, 100%. If you do not have a current one rep max, start with light to moderate weight and increase as you are able. 


8 rounds for reps:

30 seconds Burpees
30 Seconds Rest
30 Seconds Double Unders
30 Seconds Rest
