CFO's "Cathy" WOD!

In teams of two for time:

28-21-13

Row For Calories
Deadlift
Burpee

This workout is completed as a relay per round.  One partner will complete the round of 28, tag their teammate and then they will complete the round of 28.  The following rounds of 21 and 13 will be completed the same way.

This is my favourite picture of Cathy.  Cathy has been with us for quite some time now.  She is a force to be reckoned with and it has been a huge pleasure working with her all these years.  Every single day she enters the gym, there is a smile on her face and determination in her eyes.  Keep kicking butt, Cathy!  You are a huge inspiration to us all :)
