Pull-Ups!

EMOM for 15 minutes:

Choose a number out of 1-3 and perform that amount of either weighted pull-ups, body weight pull-ups, negatives (1), or ring rows every minute on the minute. 


AMRAP in 10 minutes:

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings
10m Overhead Walking Lunge (KB Right Arm)
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings
10m Overhead Walking Lunge (KB Left Arm)
