In teams of two, AMRAP in 24 minutes:
5 Burpee Muscle-Ups (Bar OR Ring)
One partner will complete a full round of the workout while the other rests. Alternate back and forth accumulating as many team rounds as possible in 24 minutes.
For the MUs, scaling options will be:
7 Burpees + 5 Jumping Bar Muscle-Ups
7 Burpees + 5 Jumping Chest-To-Bar Pull-Ups
