Back Squat: 1-1-1-1-1

For the back squat, use the following approximate percentages based off of your current one rep max for each corresponding set - 70%, 80%, 90%, 95%, 100%. If you do not have a current one rep max, start with light to moderate weight and increase as you are able.

4 rounds for time:

50 Double Unders
25 Wall Balls
10 Pull-Ups
