Hello Crossfit Athletes
!
I am Tony Walt and along with Ken Gorman we are TK Weightlifting. We have been competing and coaching Olympic Weightlifting for over 40 years combined. As you know the Crossfit Games will be upon us before you know it and with close to half of the exercises being Olympic Weightlifting based having sound technique will be key in achieving max scores and times.
As TK Weightlifting we specialize in the Olympic Weightlifting movements, the “Snatch” and the “Clean & Jerk” as well as a full range of assistant exercises. We offer a “hands on” seminar for the two main lifts and emphasize all aspects of each lift. As crossfit athletes you are already well aware of the benefits of the Olympic lifting movements, strength, speed, agility, flexibility, coordination and balance to mention a few. You are also well aware of how hard these exersizes are to do. Through our seminars you will be taught effective and proper technique that can be applied immediately and by the end of the day we gaurantee that you will see and feel the difference this will make for your future training.
